Mint Candy Apple

I've been super busy recently with work and at weekends, I've not really had a moment to myself at home to breathe. This is my first Sunday at home (without a hangover) for a while!

I thought i'd give you an update of my Wardrobe Essentials... I've made the first step and thrown out over half my wardrobe, scary but surprisingly refreshing. Anything that I never wore, didn't fit, wasn't flattering etc was a goner!

I've also made a few purchases recently, however, these have been for my holiday in Spain in September. I'll share these soon, when I have time to take a few piccies.

Anyway, new to my beauty wish list...

Essie Mint Candy Apple

As a loyal turquoise/mint lover, it was no shock that I fell in love with this colour! I'm waiting for it to come in stock at my local Superdrug.

It'll be perfect for the rest of summer and on holiday with a tan.

Wardrobe Classics

I'm not sure what it is but the state of my wardrobe at the moment makes me despair! I struggle every morning to pick an outfit and I've had just about enough.

However, beautiful blogger Anna from South Molton St Style has a section dedicated to essentials (you MUST check it out, it's my new bible) and this got me thinking...

I need to do a wardrobe edit and re-build!

I'm going to create a list of my must-have essential pieces (inspired by South Molton St Style) and gradually add them to my wardrobe, hopefully eliminating the problems I'm having at the moment, by having 'go-to' staple outfits.

My list:

1. Camel Coat
2. Black Leather Jacket
3. Boucle Jacket
4. Classic blue denim jeans
5.Boyfriend denim jeans
6. Leather Trousers (another pair mine are dying)
7. Basic jersey tee's & tops
8. Breton Top
9. Denim shirt
10. Little Black Dress
11. Faux Fur Gillet
12. Classic Blazer

I'm sure that I will be adding to this, I'm going to add a page for it and cross it off as I make purchases.

And of course, I will still be mixing in lots of other items that are on my wish-list + accessories & footwear!

Do you guys have any suggestions to add to my list?

Here are some of my favourite pieces...

Graduation

I finally graduated!

It's a bizarre feeling, to have finished my entire education and starting my chosen career!

Apologies for the poor quality i-phone selfy! Only picture I had of my outfit without my gown.

I wore a French Connection dress / H&M Earrings / YSL Ring / Nude Patent Heels from a store in Manchester

Bye Bye Manchester... Hello London!

Zara shoes

Zara really is one of my favourite high-street stores, if not my favourite.

The shoes in the new collection are amazing, after bagging myself the turquoise ones, I finding myself lusting after more... These two are my favourite, perfect for the rubbish weather in the UK and a transeasonal wardrobe.

These leopard print ones remind me of the old season Alexander Wang ones, that I longed after!
